ZEST for Meridian: Exercise for Wellbeing Information

Thursdays, 3.30-4.30pm @ Canberra Dance Theatre, October 17 - December 19.

ZEST: Exercise for Wellbeing classes are designed for adults of all glorious ages, mobilities, abilities and experience, who want to live their best life by keeping their body and brain as fabulous and functional as possible. Come and feed your body and mind with a gentle workout to great music, and make some new friends in a safe, inclusive and welcoming space. All of this for FREE - while having some serious fun too! Cannot get better than this!

We move and laugh lots, with options to sit on a chair and/or stand, inspired by music designed to groove your thing.

ZEST is a unique vehicle, naturally combining multiple approaches to movement and exercise, building confidence and an improved quality of life. Give it a go, and get primed for SPRING OUT!

COMMENTS

I appreciate the classes as they accommodate those of us who are no longer able to engage in vigorous exercise yet can feel the benefit from engaging in seated exercise to get the health benefit from valuable movements like moving and stretching different parts of the body, including neck exercises and even fingers and feet which are often affected by arthritis.
