Quality and accreditation
We uphold high standards of quality and continuous improvement and demonstrate our commitment to excellence, transparency and community-driven care through formal accreditations.
- Under the National Standards for Mental Health Services (NSMHS), we affirm our commitment to safe, person-centred and rights-based care. These standards reflect our values of dignity, empowerment and inclusion, and ensure that our mental health services remain responsive to the needs of our communities.
- We are accredited under the Quality Improvement Council (QIC) Health and Community Service Standards. This framework supports continuous improvement across all areas of our organisation—from governance and service delivery to community engagement. It reinforces our dedication to providing inclusive, high-quality and peer-led health and wellbeing services.
