October is Mental Health Month! Mental Health Month encourages all of us to think about our mental health and wellbeing, regardless of whether we may have a lived experience of mental illness or not.
Join Meridian for a FREE, two-hour workshop geared towards self-care in the LGBTIQA+ community aged 18 years and over, tackling barriers and building on your strengths.
This workshop is a safe and welcoming space to explore self-care that works for you, set meaningful and achievable self-care goals, and pick up some pragmatic self-care tools.
This is a one-off, in-person workshop in the PRIDEHUB Room at Meridian. Snacks and tea provided.
