The Contribution to Change (C2C) Framework was developed by Collective Action to assist community, and peer-based organisations measure, and demonstrate their impact. A defining characteristic of community organisations is that they aim to contribute to positive changes in their community. When it comes to demonstrating their contribution to these changes, however, many organisations fall short. With the C2C Framework, organisations can demonstrate the accumulative impact of their programs and activities and track their progress towards their vision.
