Mindful Meditation Course

The FREE mindful meditation course has an emphasis on learning through shared experiences, laughter and being gentle with ourselves, it will cover the following aspects of mindfulness: mindfulness of the body, feelings, thoughts, and phenomena.

Participants will learn age old techniques that have been proven to calm the nervous system, relax the body, heighten awareness, clarify the mind and bring happiness.

The weekly course will last for 6 weeks, each course for 1.5 hours, starting from 27/09/2023 till 01/11/2023 from 5:30pm to 7pm.

The venue is Pridehub, 85 Northbourne Avenue (Gould St entrance) Turner ACT
