Meridian is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Training and Education Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about adult learning and possess strong organisational and communication skills. The Training and Education Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for LGBTIQA+ awareness to enhance the knowledge and skills of our government and community sector partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of Meridian through the delivery of high-quality training initiatives.
The position is full-time based onsite at the office in Turner. The successful applicant will be required to provide a minimum of 5 x 3 hour training sessions every week in addition to program coordination and reporting.
