Segments of Care

Due to unprecedented demand and a growing waitlist, Meridian Wellbeing Services has moved to a Segment of Care service model to ensure more clients have the opportunity to access support.

What this means is that your Counselling, Psychology or Social Work support will be focused on your individual wellness goals within a maximum of 6 sessions.

Our Intake Officer will discuss this with you, as will your clinician when planning the best care for you. Once an individual’s Segment of Care comes to a close, they can request to be put back on the waitlist for future Segments of Care as they become available.
