Segments of Care
Due to unprecedented demand and a growing waitlist, Meridian Wellbeing Services has moved to a Segment of Care service model to ensure more clients have the opportunity to access support. What this means is that your Counselling and Psychology support will be focused on your individual wellness goals within a maximum of 6 sessions.
After the completion of a Segment of Care, you can re-engage with the service by submitting another referral form and wait for another Segment of Care.
Wait time between Segments of Care will vary from time to time.
The current wait time is approx 3 months.
