Inclusive Pathways is a new program funded by Capital Health Network (CHN) to provide free psychological therapies and social and emotional wellbeing support to LGBTIQA+ people.
Inclusive Pathways provides quality, accessible and culturally safe mental health support for people of diverse sexualities and genders, people with variations in sex characteristics and people exploring or uncertain of their gender identity, expression or sexuality.
Inclusive Pathways uses a dynamic, strengths-based, person-centred and affirming model of care. The Inclusive Pathways team includes a Psychologist and Social worker experienced in working with LGBTIQA+ communities ensuring individuals get the right care and support at the right time.
Inclusive Pathways is available to people who are:
- Over 16 years of age;
- Identify as LGBTIQ or questioning/exploring identity;
- Have a Mental Health Treatment Plan or are willing to be supported by Meridian to get one; and
- Live/Work/Study in the ACT.
Meridian Wellbeing Services is not a crisis service.
